I have had a leaking toilet for some time now & I was waiting 4 weeks for a recommended family friend to pop over. So I gave up with that & contacted Drain Doctor. I had a call back the same day & an engineer booked in the following day (TeeJay). He was on time & he stayed until the job was done & did not rush anything. He was a fantastic member of staff & I am very happy with the quality of work carried out.

We've had other people out to clear the exact same drain before and they couldn't fix it, said they needed other tools and we'd bear some of the cost.  Lee fixed it with a vacuum cleaner!!! Super job, friendly guy, will definitely be calling again when we need to.  Hopefully not too soon though.

Would highly recommend I called Drain Doctor for a blocked drain on a Sunday that was overflowing sewage onto the drive, they came out the same day at no extra cost, called me when they were on their way, the man that arrived was very polite explained everything to me and gave me a very reasonable cost to clear the blockage before they started work and even cleared up the mess and cleaned the drive down. Thank you I could not fault the service I received.
